vRtrRsvpSessionFrrProperties

Module: TIMETRA-RSVP-MIB

OID (symbolic): TIMETRA-RSVP-MIB::vRtrRsvpSessionFrrProperties

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6527.3.1.2.7.5.1.35

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Bits

Access: read-only

Description: The value of vRtrRsvpSessionFrrProperties indicates criteria or constraints that were used at the time of computation of the FRR bypass tunnel or detour session associated with any primary LSP path on the system. This is applicable only for sessions being protected by FRR bypass tunnels or detours.

Currently vRtrRsvpSessionFrrProperties has bits defined for SRLG properties only as follows:

srlgNotStrict - If set, implies that SRLG is Not Strict srlgDisjoint - If set, implies that SRLG is Disjoint

What is vRtrRsvpSessionFrrProperties?

A bitmap reporting the Shared Risk Link Group (SRLG) constraints used when computing this session's FRR bypass tunnel or detour: srlgNotStrict (SRLG avoidance was best-effort) and srlgDisjoint (the backup path is required to be SRLG-disjoint from the primary); only meaningful for sessions protected by FRR. Operators check this to confirm a protected LSP's backup path was actually computed with the SRLG-disjointness guarantee they intended, rather than only best-effort avoidance.
