Description: Aggregate messages are used to pack multiple RSVP messages into a single packet to reduce the network overhead. When vRtrRsvpIfAggregate is set to 'true', RSVP negotiates with each neighbor and gets consensus before sending aggregate messages.
What is vRtrRsvpIfAggregate?
Enables or disables packing multiple RSVP messages into a single aggregate packet on this interface to reduce overhead, defaulting to disabled; enabling it requires RSVP to first negotiate consensus with each neighbor. Operators enable this on interfaces carrying many RSVP sessions to cut control-plane packet overhead, once confident the attached neighbors also support aggregation.
