Description: When RSVP message pacing is enabled (i.e. when vRtrRsvpGeneralMsgPacing is set to 'true'), the value of vRtrRsvpGeneralMsgPacingMaxBurst specifies the maximum number of RSVP messages that are sent during a configured interval under normal operating conditions.
This variable is not valid if RSVP message pacing is disabled (i.e. when vRtrRsvpGeneralMsgPacing is set to 'false')
What is vRtrRsvpGeneralMsgPacingMaxBurst?
When message pacing is enabled, sets the maximum number of RSVP messages (default 650) sent during each configured pacing interval under normal conditions; it has no effect when pacing is disabled. Operators raise or lower this alongside the pacing period to control how aggressively RSVP can burst messages onto a busy control plane.
