Description: The value of tmnxRipNgInstAdminStatus specifies the desired administrative state for this RIP/RIP-NG group or instance.
If the RIP/RIP-NG instance entry object is set to outOfService, then all RIP groups and interfaces are shutdown operationally.
If set to inService, the entity and all groups and interfaces below it are re-enabled operationally unless they have been administratively shutdown at the group or interface level.

A read-write administrative on/off switch for this RIP/RIP-NG instance. Setting it to outOfService shuts down every group and interface underneath it operationally; setting it back to inService re-enables them unless they were individually shut down.
