Description: The value of tmnxSonetBerSdThreshold specifies a bit error rate (BER) threshold used to determine when to send a tmnxEqPortSonetAlarm notification for a BER SD failure and tmnxEqPortSonetAlarmClear notification for a BER SD failure clear. tmnxSonetBerSdThreshold is the absolute value of the exponent of the rate expressed as 10e-n.
