Description:
The desired administrative status of this port.
When tmnxPortType references a row in the tmnxPortTypeTable where tmnxPortTypeName is the octet string 'Application Assurance', an attempt to set tmnxPortAdminStatus to a value other than 'inService' results in an 'inconsistentValue' error.
