Description: When tmnxDS3ChannelFEACLoopRespond has a value of 'true', the channel is enabled to respond to remote loop signals. When it has a value of 'false' the port will not respond.

What is tmnxDS3ChannelFEACLoopRespond?

This object enables or disables a DS3 channel's ability to respond to Far-End Access Channel (FEAC) remote loop signals from line cards or far-end equipment. When enabled, the channel will enter loopback mode when it receives a loop request from the far end. An operator would configure this to allow diagnostic testing of DS3 circuits.
