Description:
tmnxDS0ChanGroupRowStatus controls the creation and deletion of row entries in the tmnxDS0ChanGroupTable. The tmnxPortPortID for a channel group includes a group ID in the lower bits. The manager has to first calculate the tmnxPortPortID based on the TiMOS encoding scheme.
What is tmnxDS0ChanGroupRowStatus?
This object controls the creation and deletion of DS0 channel group entries in the port configuration table, using standard row status semantics. Managers must first calculate the port ID based on the TiMOS encoding scheme, which combines physical port number with a group ID in the lower bits. Operators use this to provision T1/E1 channel groups for aggregating digital circuits.
