What is tmnxMobProfSgwChrgPrctRatChange?
Read-create flag (default disabled) enabling the RAT-Change partial-record trigger, which closes a partial CDR whenever the subscriber's Radio Access Technology changes (e.g. handover between 3G and LTE). Lets billing systems separately account for usage under different radio technologies within one session.
