Description:
The value of tmnxMobProfRadRetryCount specifies the maximum number of times the system sends a radius message to the server. When this count is reached the server is considered dead and another server is selected.
What is tmnxMobProfRadRetryCount?
This object specifies the maximum number of times the system will retry sending a RADIUS message to an authentication or accounting server before declaring that server dead. Operators configure this value to tune the balance between redundancy (more retries) and rapid failover to backup servers (fewer retries). Once the retry limit is exceeded, the system automatically switches to the next available RADIUS server.
