Description:

The object tLiReservedBlockStart specifies the starting entry of the LI reserved block.

What is tLiReservedBlockStart?

This OID sets aside a block of filter entries for lawful interception (LI) purposes, specifying where that reserved block begins. Setting it to zero disables the reservation. Carriers use this to ensure that monitoring rules for law enforcement have guaranteed space in the filter table and won't fail due to capacity limits from regular traffic rules.
