The value of tIPFilterCreditCntrlInsertPt specifies at what place the filter entries received from Credit Control for a particular subscriber host will be inserted in the filter.
No regular entries, nor Radius provided entries can be configured in this range.
The value 0 means that no Credit Control provided filter entries can be inserted in the filter.
If tIPFilterCreditCntrlInsertSize is set to 0, then this object will be put to 0 as well. Any change attempts will be silently discarded in this case.
