What is t11FcsDiscoveryCompNotifyEnable?
A writable flag (default false) that, when set true, tells the Fabric Configuration Server to send a t11FcsDiscoveryCompleteNotify notification when a triggered discovery finishes, rather than requiring an admin to poll t11FcsDiscoveryStatus.
