Description: Queue limit for any flow above which EFCI marking occurs.
What is stnAtmTholdCellQLimitMarking?
Sets the queue depth, in cells, above which EFCI (Explicit Forward Congestion Indication) marking begins for flows in this region, defaulting to 1023. Admins lower this to trigger congestion marking earlier, giving downstream devices more advance warning before cells are actually discarded.
