Description:

The value of sysUpTime at the time this event entry last generated an event. If this entry has not generated any events, this value will be zero.

What is eventLastTimeSent?

This read-only counter records the system uptime value when an RMON event entry last triggered an event notification. It helps network operators track when monitoring events last occurred to correlate with other network activities. The value resets to zero if the entry has never generated any events since creation.
