What is eventIndex?

This object uniquely identifies a row in the event table, with each entry defining one event that fires when monitoring conditions are met. It serves as the key to correlate events defined in one part of RMON with trigger conditions defined elsewhere. An operator uses this to reference specific events when configuring alarms or notification rules.
