This value specifies the target RSVP-signaled MPLS tunnel ID to ping, replacing the address-type/target-address pair used in the standard ping control table. An admin sets it to identify exactly which RSVP-TE tunnel's LSP should be probed for connectivity, rather than pinging a destination IP address. For example, setting rsPingLspRsvpCtlTgtTunnelId to tunnel 42 would direct the LSP ping test at that specific RSVP tunnel.
