What is rsPingEtherOamCtlPriority?

This value sets the 802.1p priority tag, from 0 to 7, applied to the transmitted Ethernet OAM ping frames. An admin can raise it to ensure OAM test frames are treated with the same or higher priority as the production traffic they're meant to validate, avoiding false negatives caused by queuing delay under this test's own low priority. For example, setting rsPingEtherOamCtlPriority to 5 would tag the OAM ping frames with priority 5 to mirror how voice or other high-priority traffic is normally marked.
