What is rsPingEtherOamCtlContextId?

This value specifies the context, such as a routing or forwarding context, in which the Ethernet OAM ping frames will be transmitted. An admin sets it on a multi-context device to ensure the OAM test runs within the correct logical partition rather than the default context. For example, an admin testing connectivity within a customer's dedicated VRF context would set rsPingEtherOamCtlContextId to that VRF's context identifier.
