This is a place holder for the modem deregistration reason. This should return ZERO when read. This just allows us to include a deregistration reason in the modem deregistration trap varbind.
What is rdnModemDeregReason?
Read-only enumeration of over 20 deregistration reason codes (e.g. operatorReset, transmissionFailed, powerTolerance, noResponseUCC) that, per the MIB's own description, is a placeholder object always returning ZERO when read directly - its real purpose is to supply the reason code carried in the modem-deregistration trap's varbind. Admins interpret this value from a received deregistration trap (not from a GET) to understand why a specific modem dropped, e.g. powerTolerance pointing to an RF power problem versus operatorDeleted meaning it was intentionally removed.
