What is rbtwsUserParams?
Carries a display string of the client's AAA-derived authorization attributes, formatted as comma-separated name=value pairs, for parsing by a management station. It exists only to carry a value inside SNMP trap varbind lists (MAX-ACCESS accessible-for-notify) and cannot be fetched with a GET.
