Module: RBTWS-TRAP-MIB

OID (symbolic): RBTWS-TRAP-MIB::rbtwsClientAuthorizationSuccessTrap4

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.52.4.15.1.5.0.67

Description: This trap is sent when a client authorizes.

If rbtwsClientAccessMode = 'ap': rbtwsApNum, rbtwsAPRadioNum, rbtwsRadioSSID identify the AP/radio/BSS providing wireless service to this client at the time this trap was sent; rbtwsClientRadioType gives the type of radio used by this client.

If rbtwsClientAccessMode = 'wired': rbtwsPhysPortNum identifies the physical port on the AC used by this wired-auth client.

Obsoletes rbtwsClientAuthorizationSuccessTrap, rbtwsClientAuthorizationSuccessTrap2, rbtwsClientAuthorizationSuccessTrap3.

Examples

Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):

snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' RBTWS-TRAP-MIB::rbtwsClientAuthorizationSuccessTrap4
snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' 1.3.6.1.4.1.52.4.15.1.5.0.67

Listen for incoming traps on the manager host (-f keeps it in the foreground, -Lo prints to stdout — useful for testing):

snmptrapd -f -Lo -c /dev/null authCommunity log public

Example snmptrapd log entry:

zoo11-linux.zoo [UDP: [192.168.30.111]:56957->[192.168.30.10]:162]:
  DISMAN-EVENT-MIB::sysUpTimeInstance = Timeticks: (380745341) 44 days, 1:37:33.41
  SNMPv2-MIB::snmpTrapOID.0 = OID: RBTWS-TRAP-MIB::rbtwsClientAuthorizationSuccessTrap4
