What is rbtwsApName?
Carries the AP's administrative name as set in the switch's CLI (defaults to AP<number>, e.g. 'AP22', but can be renamed to something meaningful like 'MeetingRoom73'). It exists only to carry a value inside SNMP trap varbind lists (MAX-ACCESS accessible-for-notify) and cannot be fetched with a GET.
