What is rlIpAddressOrigin?

This value indicates how a particular IP address entry on the device came to be assigned, for example whether it was manually configured by an administrator, learned via DHCP, or assigned some other way, using a standard address-origin style enumeration. Administrators check this to distinguish statically configured addresses from dynamically obtained ones when auditing or troubleshooting IP address assignments on an interface. For example, an address entry showing a manual origin tells the admin it was typed in directly rather than handed out by a DHCP server.
