What is qbCESStatsDroppedCells?
This is a running count of cells dropped outright on this circuit emulation connection. An admin treats a growing count as a direct indicator of data loss on the emulated circuit, more severe than replaced cells since dropped cells are not compensated for. For example, a spike in qbCESStatsDroppedCells during peak hours points to congestion or buffer exhaustion on this connection that is actively degrading the emulated circuit's quality.
