What is vdslLineConfPhysVdslPboPsdDnEscmC?
Holds the DPBOESCMC cable-model scalar used to describe the frequency-dependent loss of E-side cables for downstream power back-off calculations, coded in 1/256 dB steps over roughly -1 to 1.5. It works together with the other two ESCM coefficients to model how the shared cable segment attenuates signal by frequency.
