What Is PEA-FELX-SMI?
PEA-FELX-SMI is a Structure of Management Information (SMI) module from Ericsson that defines the enterprise OID root and top-level tree structure for the Diax FELX platform's family of MIB modules. It does not itself expose any runtime data objects; instead it establishes the naming hierarchy under which other PEA/FELX MIBs register their objects, tables, and notifications. Because it contains no monitorable objects, it has no direct role in tracking hardware or software status, uptime, or performance counters. As a structural definitions module it is a dependency for the other Ericsson Diax FELX MIB modules that import object identifiers from it. It is typically encountered only indirectly, loaded as a prerequisite when compiling or browsing other Ericsson FELX platform MIBs. Network engineers evaluating or troubleshooting this functionality can download the PEA-FELX-SMI file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
