What is drt4xvalueBaseITUChannel?
This selects which ITU DWDM channel the transmitter's laser is tuned to, from a fixed set of ten choices spaced four channels apart: ch20, ch24, ch28, ch32, ch36, ch40, ch44, ch48, ch52, or ch56. An admin sets this to assign the module to a specific wavelength slot in the HFC network's optical plant. For example, selecting ch40 tunes the DRT-4X to ITU channel 40 so it does not collide with another transmitter sharing the same fiber.
