What is lmestateflagFiberLength?
Reports the UI/access state of the 'Fiber Length' digital parameter row: 0 means hidden, 1 means read-only, and 2 means updateable. This object is only used on the LC1000 device family. An admin's management client uses this to decide whether the 'Fiber Length' setting can currently be changed or is only available to view.
