What is lmestateFlagLaserBias?
Reports the UI/access state of the 'Laser Bias Current' analog parameter row: 0 means hidden, 1 means read-only, and 2 means updateable. An admin's management client uses this to decide whether to expose this parameter for editing or just display it, since not every field the agent tracks is meant to be user-adjustable.
