What is lmeminorLowModuleTemp?
Holds the minor-low alarm threshold (a 32-bit IEEE float) for the overall optical module's operating temperature. An admin sets or reads this limit so that if the 'Module Temperature' reading drops below it, the module raises a lower-severity warning before it reaches the major-low threshold.
