What is lmeminorHighTecCurrent?
Holds the minor-high alarm threshold (a 32-bit IEEE float) for the current drawn by the module's thermoelectric cooler (TEC), which stabilizes laser temperature. An admin sets or reads this limit so that if the 'TEC Current' reading climbs above it, the module raises a lower-severity warning before it reaches the major-high threshold.
