What is lmeminorHighRelAttenSetting?
Holds the minor-high alarm threshold (a 32-bit IEEE float) for the relative (variable) optical attenuator setting on the module. An admin sets or reads this limit so that if the 'Attenuator Setting' reading climbs above it, the module raises a lower-severity warning before it reaches the major-high threshold.
