In this version of the Firmware and MIB this Parameter is not used and is optional. All reads will return the Unused Parameter (10,000,000)

Upper (major-high) alarm threshold for the "Fan 1 Speed" analog reading, stored as an IEEE-32-bit floating point number. This particular threshold is marked optional/unused in this firmware version and always reads back the sentinel value 10,000,000.
