What is gs1000calculateCRCValue?
Selects which stored data block — factory(1), laserData(2), or alarm(3) — the module should (re)compute a CRC checksum for. An admin or maintenance tool sets this to trigger an on-demand integrity check of one of the module's three calibration/config data blocks.
