What is ea1000alarmStateLaserBias?
This reports the current alarm state of the laser bias current reading: noAlarm(1), majorLowAlarm(2), minorLowAlarm(3), minorHighAlarm(4), majorHighAlarm(5), or informational(6). An admin polls this to see at a glance whether the bias current driving the laser diode is currently outside its configured thresholds.
