What is dm870minorLowLaserPower?
Sets the minor-low alarm threshold for Laser Optical Power: dropping below this IEEE-32-bit float value should trigger a lower-severity (minor) alarm rather than a major one. All-Fs means the threshold is unused. This threshold is marked obsolete in the source MIB, so it may not be actively enforced on current firmware.
