Description: This attribute specifies the time interval in seconds for the ConnectRetry timer. It is the minimum amount of time that must elapse between successive TCP connection retries for establishing BGP peer connection.
What is mscVrIpBgpPeerConnectRetryTime?
Sets the ConnectRetry timer in seconds, the minimum time that must elapse between successive TCP connection attempts to establish a BGP session with this peer, defaulting to 120 seconds. Lowering it makes the router retry a down session more aggressively.
