The number of connections on a UNI signaling interface carried over a virtual path tunnel (VPT) that have been recovered (hard rerouted) and are now waiting to be moved to a better path by soft rerouting; this count resets to zero whenever the Optimize command runs on this component. A persistently high value suggests recovered connections are piling up faster than optimization is clearing them.
