Description of bits: dynamic(0) provisioned(1)

What is mscAtmIfUniEbrPathOptimization?

A bitmask specifying which categories of connections on this ATM UNI (User-Network Interface) signaling interface are subscribed to soft rerouting (path optimization): bit 0 for dynamic (transiting) connections and bit 1 for provisioned SPVC/SPVP connections. As with ConnectionRecovery, the default 'c0'H subscribes both categories, letting an admin selectively disable optimization for one connection category, e.g. to avoid the brief disruption a soft reroute causes on sensitive provisioned circuits.
