What is nncFrSpvcTmClpMapping?
Selects how ATM Cell Loss Priority (CLP) is derived for this FR-CR interworking SPVC: cLPEqualsDE(0), cLPEquals0(1), or cLPEquals1(2, the default). An admin picks cLPEqualsDE so the FR Discard Eligible bit passes straight through as CLP instead of a fixed value.
