What is nncCrSpvpcLocRerouteConfig?
Configures whether OAM-CC (continuity-check) cells trigger an automatic reroute on loss of continuity for this SPVPC, and on which side: disabled(1, the default), enabledUniSide(2), or enabledNniSide(3). An admin enables this on links where a silent failure (loss of continuity without a hard link-down alarm) should still cause the switch to find a new path.
