What is nncCrSpvpcDstCfgLocRerouteConfig?
Configures OAM-CC-based automatic reroute on loss of continuity for the destination endpoint: disabled(1, the default), enabledUniSide(2), or enabledNniSide(3), mirroring the source-side nncCrSpvpcLocRerouteConfig. An admin enables it on the destination node when that end also needs to self-heal on a silent continuity failure.
