What is nncCrSpvccLocRerouteConfig?
Configures OAM-CC-based automatic reroute on loss of continuity for this SPVCC: disabled(1, the default), enabledUniSide(2), or enabledNniSide(3). An admin enables this so the switch reroutes automatically if continuity-check cells stop arriving, even without a hard link failure.
