What is nncCrSpvccFrBwdTmEfciMapping?
Selects how Explicit Forward Congestion Indication (EFCI) is derived, applicable only to Service Interworking (IWF3) from FR to ATM: eFCIEqualsFECN(0, the default) or eFCIEquals0(1). An admin picks eFCIEqualsFECN so ATM EFCI reflects the FR Forward Explicit Congestion Notification bit rather than always reporting no congestion.
