What is nncCrSpvccDstCfgLocRerouteConfig?
Configures OAM-CC-based automatic reroute on loss of continuity for the destination endpoint: disabled(1, the default), enabledUniSide(2), or enabledNniSide(3), mirroring the source-side setting. An admin enables it here when the destination end must also self-heal on a silent continuity failure.
