What is nncCeSpvcTargVpi?
Specifies the virtual path identifier (VPI), 0-4095, of the target endpoint, used only when this CE SPVC interworks to a Cell Relay destination (nncCeSpvcTargEpType set to cellRelay). An admin sets it together with nncCeSpvcTargVci to address the ATM-side destination.
