What is nncCeSpvcTargVci?
Specifies the virtual channel identifier (VCI), 1-65535, of the target endpoint, used only when this CE SPVC interworks to a Cell Relay destination (nncCeSpvcTargEpType set to cellRelay). An admin sets it together with nncCeSpvcTargVpi to fully address the ATM-side destination channel.
