Description: ONU PON port switch operation type. 0-switch to another PON port and never switch back, 1-switch to another PON port and switch back.
What is operType?
For a dual-PON-port ONU, sets the PON-port switch behavior: switchBack(0) switches to the other PON port and never automatically switches back, while switchToAnother(1) switches over but will switch back, letting an admin control planned PON failover behavior.
