What is etherMulticastIndex?
This is an index value that uniquely identifies an Ethernet interface within this multicast-statistics table on the InReach device, matching the interface's ifIndex. Admins and tools use it to correlate multicast traffic counters here with the corresponding physical port elsewhere in the MIB. A row with etherMulticastIndex 1 provides the multicast statistics specifically for the InReach unit's first Ethernet interface.
